Near and Far Events is committed to making our Service accessible to people of all abilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What We've Done

Semantic HTML structure for screen readers
Keyboard navigation support throughout the Service
Sufficient color contrast for text against backgrounds
Descriptive link text rather than vague labels like "click here"
Form fields with associated labels
Mobile-responsive design that adapts to screen size
No information conveyed by color alone
Alt text on meaningful images (icons that aren't decorative)

Known Limitations

We're working on:

Improving screen-reader announcements for modal dialogs
Higher-contrast mode option
Comprehensive automated accessibility testing
Regular manual audits by accessibility professionals

Our Commitment

We treat accessibility issues seriously and will respond within 5 business days. Critical access barriers will be prioritized for fix.

Some pages link to external sites (ticketing partners, event organizer websites, etc.). We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content but we are happy to help you reach event organizers directly if needed.
